One group 116, grades 6, 7 & 8 students from Summit Middle.
The program would start at 9 AM and end by 2:45 so that students can be back at school by 3:00 PM. The day would involve the following:
2 groups of 20 - 22 students to do either a morning or afternoon session in a dragon boat at $15.00 per student
2 groups of from 22 - 24 students to do either a morning or afternoon session Kayaking at $25.00 per student
1 group of 22 - 28 students to do a full day sail only program at $25.00 per student

The full day sailing program is a full day program which includes, some basic instruction, working as a team to rig sail boats and then getting on the water after lunch. All programs will provide some basic instruction including safety requirements. All instructors will be certified in their particular boats.

We cannot rotate all the students through all the activities. This would mean that the group that is doing kayaking and dragon boating in the after noon will not have an on the water activity in the morning and visa versa in the afternoon for the kayakers and dragon boaters who were on the water in the morning. Accordingly there would be approximately 44 students both in the morning and the afternoon who could do some other activity in the park, possibly a hike from Rocky Point to Old Orchard park on the inlet trail and / or games that the teachers would have to lead.
